Love Comedy Works! You need to get there at least 30 minutes prior to show time to get a good seat.

Great venue over all.. Like it better to the CW downtown which is too crowded. Yeah, fun place to go. Minimum of two drinks a show...

Food was spectacular I got a cherry limeade and the tenders and they were both extremely delicious. The comedians for my show were absolutely hilarious and had me in stitches all night. Would easily come back great price and better value.

Nice open room, plenty of space in between tables. Employees were frequently walking around with disinfectant sprays and cleaning. Speakers were not overly loud and the drinks were amazing!

We always have a great time here! The service upstairs at Lucy's was a bit off this time but it's not going to stop me from getting dinner before a show there. We usually always make a reservation for dinner there so that we get good seats for the show. Thank for always getting the best of comics to come to Colorado. Definitely a spot that comics love to come to as they always talk about it when I hear them on podcasts.

Took my girl to a 9:45 show on Valentine's Day. Comedy works offered the dozen roses and a box of chocolates option when I bought my tickets, can't be cheap. Totally caught my girl by surprise, kudos to the staff that did an excellent job in presenting the gifts to her. Also made it even better when all the ladies around us were looking at her flowers and chocolates wondering why they didn't get any ( sorry ladies you deserve it). Overall the comedians were hilarious and the staff was great. Had a great time and ended the night working on my hip thrusts for a solid 7 minutes, best night ever!!! Thanks Comedy Works!!

Had a great time here, the only thing to mention is that the chairs were really close to each other...so if you want to have a nice time during the show, get a table!

Yesterday my company had a meeting here. Wonderful to be able to see everything from the back of the room and great sound. Very impressed with the environment that held several hundred folks at once. The media abilities of the Comedy Works South make this location good for many things other than the comedy shows.

Food was good albeit overpriced. The main act and MC were both great. The service was amazing. Our server unfortunately spilled a try of drinks and some landed on another group and he handled the situation amazing considering their attitudes and dramatization of the situation. No phones allows, they put them in a locked bag and welcome you back to the age you had to talk to each other.

We had an unfortunate run-in with other intoxicated attendees which we thought would ruin our evening but the venue was VERY accommodating and had us laughing off our seats within no time. The venue has 0 tolerance for rude, obnoxious, and intoxicated patrons which is mind easing. Thank you for a great experience and we will be coming back!

The venue was great. There were 12 comedians competing for spots in the finals. 4 moved on and then there was a headliner while the votes were being tallied. I laughed. I mean I really laughed to the point my face started to hurt, which does not happen easily so that says something about the talent on stage. Good job winners and I hope to see you all again.

We come to comedy works a few times a year. We usually eat at Lucy’s restaurant in order to receive priority seating. This location is larger and more comfortable than the downtown location, but it usually comes down to the comic for us to decide which to visit. Prices are about what you expect, a little on the high side, and there is a two item minimum per seat, in addition to your admission.

Great atmosphere and arrangement. The acts are easy to see and hear from almost anywhere in the club, and you don't have to be on top of the person next to you. Food is decent, drinks are reasonable, and parking isn't a pain. It seemed like everyone was ready to have fun.

Questions & Answers

It's a 2 item minimum per person, food and drink (non-alcoholic too)

They seem to be about 1hour and 30 mins to about 2 hours. But depends on the show and how many comics they have.

Normally yes but they do have an 18+ section on certain nights and on occasions will host an all ages show.

I saw Craig Robinson and Steve Byrne. Both great.

Yes that is Jay Chandrasekhar from Super Troopers! See our full calendar at https://comedyworks.com/shows/calendar The events in blue are at our South club.

Yes. Doors open 1 hour prior to showtime. The ticket buyer should have received a confirmation email with all the details. For our 7:15pm show at Comedy Works South door actually open at 6:00pm.

I would definitely call them ahead of time, also get the name of the person you are speaking with, to be clear on their policy, if you get a different story at the check in desk then you have leverage to ask for what you want.

Not tha t I've seen. However, staff there is helpful with menu questions.

That's a good question for management of the club.
