The food was ok, some dishes better than others but not special. The staff had terrible tone and barely seemed to be inclined to provide service. My smoothie was served to me dripping, I had clean the glass and the table myself due to the spillage. No apology or tissue offered.

Great place with great food. A nice little gem that could be considered somewhat hidden on the high street. A definite must-see when paying a visit to the village.

We had brunch here today and had such a good time. We started off with tasty detox, boosters and smoothies, quickly followed by some very adult Bloody Mary’s. The full english was the best I can remember. To top it off the staff were really attentive, helpful and patient, even though it was super busy. Can’t wait to go back!

Fantastic place for brunch and some light food. One of my favourite places in Wimbledon village and spitting distance from Wimbledon common. They are always welcoming and have room for buggies and outside seating.

Excellent food and friendly staff. Different menu for each part of the day. Near the Common if you need a good walk afterwards.

Airy, rustic-chic venue with glass-roofed conservatory, serving fisherman's pie and confit duck leg.

A quality lunch venue and probably works just as well for dinner. The menu is always interesting, although some meals work better than others but such is the price for a little invention. Very good and fairly priced wine selection. In fact the whole thing is competitively priced. It's almost a bargain for such thoughtful food

We regularly visit the Light Cafe. Easily accessible as we cycle there and lock our bikes outside. The staff understand when we ask for a window seat, to watch our bikes! Always friendly, chatty staff. Food has never disappointed. Wine is good, sometimes a little pricey but from a comprehensive list. Deserts are equally as good. We've been there a dozen times, have no problem in going a dozen more.
