*almost* just like I remember from when I was growing up. Decor is plainer, but who cares. The flavour is still there, and that's what matters. The burgers are more than just slabs of beef, they actually have taste!! And guk has always been fantastic.Not 5 stars cause not super conveniently located, they don't sell guk bottles or frozen burgers anymore, and have less ice cream options

Great experience- went above and beyond. Arrived just as they were closing, but accommodated us. Fantastic service and enjoyed the food. It was a Lick’s experience like no other. Thanks to the staff!

I'm not defending them but my experience there was middle of the road neither good nor bad. The people were pleasant enough. Although I will say they didn't seem overly motivated. The nature Burger or as it should be called cardboard is not their best item. At one time licks was at the head of the food chain when it comes to Burgers but I don't know what happened they used to be everywhere and people would praise them until you're blue in the face. About 5 years ago they started to go down the toilet.
I went there and the burger was the best. Customers service was excellent. And my family's loved going there.
