A very nice place. A lot of restaurants, good shows and a brand new sports book and beer garden.

First time visit and over all had an Amazing time, hit on one slot cashed out and switched seats several times to get a feel for the place and was met with a payout of 5 times my initial investment to go with gas included. First time parx cardholder and got my card in minutes.. Oh and me and my friend I went with couldn't help but talk about how friendly every one of the staff members we encounter from the table managers, cashiers, waitresses, and cleaning attendance. Plus everything was clean and well maintained. Even had one of the floor slot attendants notice i was new and walked me through my account and different menus i even got a 10 dollar comp for signing up!! I don't know about you, but It's worth it to me to go the extra 15 miles compared to my usual casino.

One of the nicest casinos I have been to. All types of slots. A complete smorgasbord of tables if that's your hindering Pop up from others to see....it is inviting from the time you see the front entrance until you step out headed home. Went here for a show and everything was great. There a variety of different slot machines, restaurants, and bars. Had some great drinks and service at the new beer garden with some good burgers. The onion rings were amazing and I loved my impossible burger I got. Will be back.

First time we went to a cadino in the United States, and we were impressed by Parx Casino!! Spectacular building with big LED screens outside (easy to find). We arrived around 11PM, the casino was very busy. We enjoyed ourselves a lot. Bad experience:- 😢 we lost 50$...😂

Visited the beer garden. Cool vibes except you are unable to order shots there even though they have liquor for their cocktails. Bizarre rule. Also the cigarette smell from inside of the casino is nauseating but not much they can do about that I believe.

Note to self.... never go 8-11pm... sooo crowded. By midnight it cleared out and was a lot better. Lost but, it's the 1st time so no biggie. Very hard to find $1 poker machines for smoking. Been here plenty of times, it's a good spot as long as you don't have a gambling issue.

Fun place to pass time and have some fun. It's lively you actually win. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Could use a little more free play. But other than that good place I recommend going to Parx casino

Parx is a good time as long as the crowd is good. They do attract a lot of older slot jockeys, which is to be expected, but if you go into the restaurant and other gaming areas, it feels like you are in a borgata-esque scenario. Overall good.

On November 23rd I put a One Hundred dollar bill in a slot machine, and the money did not register. I called for service, they made a report and I was told I would hear from someone in a week. That never happened. Since then I called more than 30 times, spoke to people in accounting, was told they need to review the video, oh, there’s no video, they need to count the monies, oh, they haven’t done that yet. So after leaving numerous messages, being pushed on to the next department, I finally went up there today to be told that someone from accounting will contact me tomorrow. We shall see, and I will keep you posted!

Have been going to parx for years and using there mobile sports betting for about 6 months. Normally it would get 5 stars from me but the customer service I received gets 1 star from me. I received two different answers from two different agents regarding a matter and the second agent entirely stopped answering. Wouldn’t recommend using there online services

If you're looking for a place to unwind on a Saturday prax offers an excellent alternative. After a wonderful day with a good friend we decided to stop off and try our hand with the slots. It was a great way to spend an hour and I was happy to see my friend leave with more than he came. The energy that you feel in a casino with all the lights, colors and sounds is palatable. It makes for an excellent distraction for a few hours. Enjoy!

The concert areas and concert venue were great. The seats fold up well when not sitting which is good because you are hopefully standing for the entire show. The areas getting to the concert are still stale smoke filled areas. As a non smoker we hate that part of the place. Your clothes stink when you get home or get into the car. We didn't eat or drink too much because the prices were like the stadiums and we cannot stand eating with the smokers and the stale smoke smell around everywhere. Definitely have to shower when you get home to get rid of that smell. Reminds me of when I was younger going to bars with the smokers. Awful part of the place.

It was nice the only thing is It was so many people in line for a new card also I told one of your people behind the desk about someone lights was on with plate number stood in line then she told to still get back in the long line for my card because I wasnt that ELITE CARD HOLDER I FELT LIKE IF MY LIGHT WERE ON I WOULD NOT LIKE WHEN IT WAS TIME TO GO HOME SO TREAT PEOPLE LIKE YOU WOULD LIKE TO BE TREATED GOD BLESS

This place usually a nice place to have fun. These machines are definitely rigged. One time I almost hit jackpot. These machines force stop your game so you spend more faster and lose faster. I remember yrs back coming in enjoying 3-3 hundreds for hrs. Now. You won’t even get an hr of play. Come on today. My machine kept stopping so Quick. I heard also. I hit or pull lever. It makes 2 beeps instead of one. Thinking it was me. Of the way I hit and pulled it. But no. It really makes your spins stop. Instead of letting it just spin as if you didn’t hit it a second time to stop it
