Liberty has a pleasant atmosphere and a substantial bar area. Staff were friendly and efficient. I had the brisket which was good - very tender. But I have had brisket that was more flavorful, particularly the external areas. Additionally, the brunch is quite comprehensive and for $22 a good deal. I may return, but will also continue my quest for the ultimate brisket.

A little expensive but worth the money. Their burgers are phenomenal. Fries are great. Service is 9/10, pretty dang good. The aesthetic is wonderful. Sauces are also great.
