Cant believe I forgot to post. Ate here in jan 2020 a few times. Tony (bartender during the day and early evening) was fantastic. Food was delicious. Hopefully can Go back soon but whole experience was over the top. Loved it every time. Dim Sum only served Thursday lunch - Sunday night dinner . Can order from room or in person, reservations on opentable

Good was great! Had the spring rolls and then my husband had the green curry with chicken and I had the yellow curry with chicken. I think the green would have been better with seafood, but mine was perfection! Service was a little slow but the food was amazing.

Great service. The food and the service is great. Has a great selection for vegetarians like most Thai restaurants. The spice levels are a bit skewed, 2/3 is medium spice on a scale of 10.

This place is the real deal. Everything was good. We had the wings, the fried squid, red curry, pad Thai and papaya salad. Amazing! Also try the watermelon cocktail.

My wife and I have traveled the country enjoying some of the best Thai cuisine from the East Coast to the West Coast. On this particular occasion we decided to try Aria's famous Lemongrass restaurant. We both ordered the green curry with chicken. The chicken was very tender. However, it turned out to be the absolute worst watered-down tasteless green curry we have ever eaten. We have eaten at small Thai family-owned operations that put Lemongrass to shame. The service was good, but that didn't make up for the absence of flavor and low quality of the curry. Also, we don't mind paying for expensive dinners when the food is good. In this case, $18 for the curry plus they charge you an extra $4 for the rice. Seriously? Don't waste your time or money at Lemongrass. The Aria has other restaurants that are far better for the time and money spent.

Place gets pretty busy, but throughout the years the quality and service has dropped significantly. The food is blah! super bland, and lots of stuff is over cooked. I've gone to lemongrass plenty of times since it opened and I would say that other then the beverages that they serve its never consistent. The last 5 times I've been there, they have messed up atleast one of our groups order. Obviously I can choose to eat elsewhere, but it's the only spot on the hotel that you can get Asian food that has decent pricing.

The food here was amazing and the service was good. There’s no vibe really in here. It’s super quiet and low key.

Service. Yes the food is fantastic...the wings, the squid, the Dan Dan noodles (with extra spice). The beef noodle soup had a couple pieces of tendon that weren't cooked enough but the warm, caring and attentive service we received when we commented on it tops everything. This place is one of the only spots in this area of the strip to get a good bowl of noodles without paying a crazy Michelin star amount of money and we'll definitely be back. Casar, Gina and all the chefs, thank you!

One of the place which I can call “authentic Thai food & dim-sum†in Vegas. Nice setting, upscale ambience. Good for friends, business & couple. Try stir fried basil with seafood, stir fried noodle.

They know spicy. The food was tasty and fresh. The egg rolls were light and crispy. The whiskey sour was more sour mix than whiskey. So can't recommend the bar but the food was really good. The staff were friendly.

Everything I tried here was fantastic. The service was lovely, in a nice quiet & private atmosphere. The salmon cheddar bites were pretty good, but what really stood out above everything else was the red duck curry and the mango sticky rice with house-made coconut ice cream. Looking forward to trying both again, though now I'm curious about the rest of the menu as well!

The concept behind Lemongrass is an elevated version of a Thai food. In reality, while tasty, it’s more muted than improved.Don’t get me wrong, I enjoyed the food and the quality of the service was high. It just missed the flavour blast which makes Thai food so amazing.

Easy location in the Aria for elevated Asian fare. Prices were fair for Las Vegas. Portions were generous. This was our takeout choice a couple times for late night dining. Decent selection of Japanese Whiskey. Nice servers.
