Words cannot describe the experience and do them justice. Definitely worth a visit and the accolades that they have earned are well justified!

If I could I’d give this restaurant 6 stars for service. Most of the dishes worked and the ones that were a little off were still delicious. 5 stars.

Went there a year ago and recently again with my folks. Best hospitality and experience. I particularly like to be there for lunch becos of the mini garden. Quality wine pairing... must try!

Where do I start? This dining is an experience being here from the moment you walk through the doors of this restaurant. The level of service is incredible. Our server, Kazuhiro, and sommelier Kenji, were so attentive without being invasive. I loved that I sat next to my husband at a large table, rather than far across from him. The drink pairings were exceptional, and I had opportunities to try drinks I never would’ve dreamed of sampling- from orange wine to sweet sake. The food is presented like art, and such a clever fusion of French and Japanese cuisine. The tea ceremony was beautiful, and the three hours that we were there flew by.If you are a foodie, and appreciate unique ingredients and being surrounded by those who love their job and high-quality food, I highly recommend trying to get a reservation! A wonderful experience of French inspired Japanese cuisine. This was more than just food, it was art. The staff was kind and attentive as if we were the only people in the restaurant. They spoke english well and provided additional information when needed.The food was exceptional and inventive making the price of the meal not even a second thought.Definitely recommend a visit and with the menu changing every season make sure to visit more than once.

A perfect dinner to end CNY trip! Most amazing is Artisanal Farmers made by 44 different kinds of veggie all from different farms in Japan😍 Duck meat with breast & leg together with scallop source is super delicious 😋 friendly staffs & professional services 👍

Go for lunch. Food and service is amazing. The staff and tea ceremony are something you will always remember. They even give you cake to take home for the following day. Child friendly to the point of service my ten year old son before the adults.

Sublime, special, fresh, and connected are the words that come to mind. This is a very special place with food that is fresh from local small farms, then transformed into sublime creations. You feel connected to the world around you: everyone from the person who greets you, takes your order, cooks your food, serves you. The experience is magical. The intentions are true. Michelin star are well deserved.

Another excellent recommendation from the Mandarin Oriental. Typical multi course set-up, but each course was paired with a micro-meal, with flavours and ingredients that complimented each other well! Staff were attentive and knowledgeable. The 4-hour cooked turnip was juicy and full of flavour. Absolutely wonderful experience!
