They were friendly, but couldn't use outside tables /chairs they were chain and couldn't use restrooms. Why have the inside open ? Why were the tables/ chairs chained?

I went to the drive thru this afternoon and asked the person if there were any meal deals.Her reply was, nope not today.. I drove around to the front of the building and I saw 2 specialsOn the windows.The truck ahead of me left without ordering anything, too. You lost 2 customers.This store is in Ocala, FL on hwy 200. October 23, 2019. Your help may need to be retrained.

Ordered a liver meal and can not believe they would send a order out the window like this. the liver were way overcooked, dry and hard.could not eat. they were burnt. I liked going there but in the last few visits the food has gone down hill and makes me wonder how they stay in business.Just terrible. The time before wife had potatoe wedges and they were soggy (really soggy) had to ask for new. my mashed potatoe was cold .had to ask them to heat them up.You do not get repeat customers serving stuff like this. Very disappointed.
