They are fast and have good food. They could work on how they talk to people and how they manage the place they work. They could take a few minutes more to be more presentable. But I've never really had a problem with them talking to me a curtain kind of way. I did recognized that when there busy or don't understand you that that's when they seem bitter with the tongue. If you smile and make jokes they do know how to have a sense of humor, sometimes if you have an attitude with them or seem as if you rushing or frustrated with them they will only show you the same respect. So just smiling won't kill you guys to get an exceptable response from them. Have a good day. They get 4 *s from me because they deal with a lot of harassment on the daily. And they do have really good food. There only setbacks are as I described.

ABSOLUTLY THE WORST CUTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD!! THEY ARE RUDE AND CHARGE YOU A DIFFERENT PRICE THAN WHAT IS ON YOUR RECEIPT. IT'S EXTREMELY DIRTY IN THERE RESTERAUNT AND SMELLS LIKE ROTTEN GARBAGE. I WOULD NOT SUGGEST ANYBODY EAT AT THIS CHINESE PLACE EVER!!

Meh, the food could be better, but the service is why I gave 3 stars. I ordered ma pao tofu for lunch, and it was swimming in sugary sauce. I had to blot the cubes in my rice. Per the heat lamp food choices, they seem to cater to a mostly meat-eating clientele.
