Stopped here while walking around the southside one afternoon and so glad we did! The place is so cute with amazing baked goods! We met Abraham who was so super helpful and kind. Try their double chocolate cookies.... They were crispy on the outside and moist and chewy on the inside and was the perfect blend of chocolate... Not too milky, not too dark. They serve La Prima coffee too! I highly recommend this delicious Cafe and bakery! We'll be back!

Very nice host. Cupcake is full of flavor. Decadent but not overly so. The cappuccino (la prima brand coffee) is also very good. Intimate (8 seats) dining area. Eclectically appointed. Wonderful place to get out of the cold and enjoy a treat. A pleasant background music would make a nice touch.

Amanda, the proprietor, is a delight! She took the time to explain all of the chocolates and other desserts to my opinionated older brother when he visited with me a few months ago. Go for the lemon-lavender cupcake: it's a revelation.

Really a wonderful place. Coffee is great and their hand made french pastries are on par with the good french bakeries around town. Had a Mediterranean lentil soup here that was really good served with a fresh piece of crusty french bread, and the lamb panini is fabulous! My coworkers tell me their chocolates are also excellent. It is a really nice place to sit and have a drink or a bite to eat, it's pretty peaceful there. Best of all, the couple who own the place are really friendly, they seem like really great people.

I love this place. The owner is so nice and welcomes conversation. The coffee is delicious whether you're getting just a black cup of coffee or a fancier drink. The sipping chocolate is also delicious but incredibly rich. Great place for a breakfast sandwich or lunch as soup is made daily and sandwiches/ paninis are made to order. Small and casual setting thats definitely worth checking out!

Picked up a panini and salad for lunch - service was quick, food was delicious, and reasonably priced as well! The truffles looked amazing, I'll be sure to try one next time!

When I stepped into this store I was welcomed by a warm and loving owner. I had some of the best treats in Pittsburgh. Delicious coffee, top quality chocolate, the cupcakes are dense with a nice fluffy icing. I also enjoyed the tuna sandwich which to my surprise was the best I've ever had. It's not your mother tuna sandwich, it's Albacore mixed with secret herbs. It was a wonderful experience and I love the warm vibes

Awesome chocolates, pastries, and coffee. Recently, I bought some smoked paprika and truffle salt in the little grocery section.
