Thought the food was under seasoned and the wait for some eggs was very long considering there were only three occupied tables in the whole restaurant.

Food was good, but unremarkable. Waitress dripped coffee on me as I was wiping down my own table & she commented on neither. Slow to take our drink order.

I am not sure if they are or not however it is one of my absolute favorite breakfast places on Earth!
On the street in front of the restaurant. If you choose, there are two public garages close by. I would recommend street parking in front.
