One of my fave places for quiet work or meetings - this LPQ location is especially well-located and worth noting.

I went at 1230 and I would think that a place in midtown where people are in a rush would know how to manage the lunch time crush. it was literally one of the worst places to go and get decent service. it took 25 minutes for someone to take our order. the waitstaff didn't even make eye contact. people look like they're moving but it's total chaos and a serious lack of organization. then it took 45 minutes to get our food. bear in mind that everything we ordered is ready-made. and the only reason it finally came was because we asked about our food. no one checked in at any time to give us more water. i never even saw someone pouring water. then, we had to ask for the check 4 different times. i don't know how it could be this packed. definitely don't go unless you have time to waste. and if that's the case, there are way better places to eat.

I tried this place for breakfast. They offer several healthy options, including vegan “eggs†and other nice plates. I tried a salmon and avocado toast that I liked very much.

It’s got everything but taste... very ironic considering the whole french vibe. Coffee and tea taste like milk

Came in on a cold January morning, really enjoyed the roast turkey open faced sandwich. It had delicious tomato salsa and pesto. Our server was friendly as was the rest of the staff. Overall, it is a nice room with decent atmosphere for a soup and sandwich place. Classical music is a sophisticated touch. Foot that tastes good and is made well, cant ask for much more.

Of all franchise restaurants this is my fav. It still has a nice atmosphere and somewhat fast seating for being so close to Rockefeller Center. I will say it took us a long time after being seated to even get water and menus. Food was great, but we were then rushed out of our seats (explains fast seating). All in all I recommend.

For late breakfast or brunch, I guess that such a place will be a great opportunity to discover new flavors and dishes, the staff are really friendly and helpful in suggesting what may be good for you 👌ðŸ»
