Vegan review of omnivore restaurant:Choices:Two vegan options in the appetizer menu, one main course, no dessert option.My plates:Salade Verte is decent, no proteins, nothing adventurous.Panisse (chick pea base) was surprisingly good.Portions were small for the above but with what seemed like quality fresh ingredients.Overall:Decor and ambiance are great, very stylish mid century vibe.Service is good but slow at lunchtime (1h45 for lunch)Table d'hôte is well priced for an upscale hotel restaurant in this area.

Great ambience and service. A bit disappointed on the food, as I was expecting better... Is OK but not great. On the other side, Cocktails were really good! Just opened recently so I will try again in some time.
