Layali is a great restaurant and lounge! They do their best to make you feel special. The service is very impressive! Co owned by the previous owner of Kartabar. I highly recommend you check out Layali!

Absolutely recommend this place. Food is good, prices are fair, but what really makes this place special is the service. The people here are extremely friendly. They welcomed our children, offered great recommendations, and were not pushy. We had a small pizza, some hummus and soup. Oh, and we also had some wine and a martini. Have to describe the martini - full size with some spilling over a large glass. It was a dirty martini with an olive juice that was also spicy (its one of their special cocktails). They also added some olives and a pickled onion. Not sure what they did to the pickled onion ... you have to get it; it was delicious. One more review - the tomato basil soup was deeeelicious! It tasted like having a pizza. It had strands of cheese. The owners came over to ask us how things were. Just a great experience.

Stopped in for drinks during waterfires, checked out the menu. Definitely going back to try the food.

Quaint little spot. Prefect for drinks and being able to actually speak with anyone whose fortunate enough to accompany you. Our bartender was Ashley and her attention to detail was spot on. She's so much more than just a bartender, she a magician with those bottles. Grab your partner, your lover, the fellas, your girls and people for drinks and kick back. A+

My girlfriend and I stopped by for dinner on a Saturday night. Welcomed by the owner and seated at a very nice table with Olga as our server. She was awesome. This place has a great vibe and the food is even better. You have to try the bacon-wrapped dates appetizer or try one of the awesome cocktails. I was introduced to what I think is my new favoritecocktail; The Rosemary-infused "whiskey old fashioned"Later on the music picks up and they get a very sophisticated crowd..very much an in-place in Providence. Can't wait to go back.

Very welcoming atmosphere! Ashley behind the bar is awesome ! They didnt have what i was looking for an she asked the chef to make what i wantedr ! The food came out absolutely amazing and quick ! Huge plate with a very reasonable price ! Will 100% go again !

Amicable staff (conversed with both the manager and owner; Tim and Philip (forgive me if I misspelled it). Lia was our server (she's simply too good) Fantastic plates (tasteful food). Weightless, socially collective and well composed atmosphere with its own dash of sophistication. I quite fancy the dimmer lighting environment during evening hours. An overall phenomenal experience. A must come to if you find yourself in the downtown Providence area.
