I often take my friends to this restaurant with my highest recommendations. I visit this restaurant often. I get very good feedback from my friends. The meals are appetizing and the crew is generous and cooperative. always when we eat in this place we enjoy a cheerful time. warmly recommended.

Food is good! But the service was horrible from when we walked in with 9 people and we had two table. Had to move over to another table away from the family. The orders can late, soup and main course at the same time. 2 food order was totally wrong and it took another 20 mins to correct it. The waiter MICHAEL then reached over a family member and spilled the beer which was half full into the plate of food of another family member. THE WORST PART OF THIS, WE PAID FOR THE BEER, THE FOOD THAT THE BEER WENT IN AND THE RESTAURANT TOOK 18% TIP WHICH WAS AROUND $33.00. And to top it off, we WAS TOLD THE CREDIT CARD MACHINE WAS NOT WORKING AND THEY ARE ONLY TAKING CASH. The only reason we didn't make fuss or complain to a manager was because we are on VACATION with CHILDREN. MICHEAL NEED TO BE RETRAINED. This service makes me feel like I was robbed and wouldn't RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!

I arrive at this special restaurant every couple of days as I love the ambiance that is part of this restaurant. The staff is awfuly loving and professional. The service is extraordinarily fast. Needless to say, the food you get is outstanding. I came many times and I was always pleased. The expense is modest. I highly suggest this place to to everybody.

Food is ok we ordered ceviche, Bolon and caldo de bolas and 4 club beers for Two people that is where we were ripped of $85 for Two each club beer 🺠was $7 per beerFirst and last too expensive even though I love Ecuadorian food $85 for two is a big rip off

Well... service was BAD. Staff was lost and kept only focusing on the level upstairs. When Karaoke started a drunk Guy kept trowing one dollar bills to the air. It was SO crowded that people passing by kept kicking stuff from our table to the floor. After we ordered Appetizers no more than 3 minutes after waiter came back to ask us to order food... then kept doing it over and over again. Just BAD!
