Have been going there for three decades. We are sorry to report that this establishment has decided to add a controversial "Surcharge" to the Meal. Noticed it this week. Prices are already too high. Wont be back for a while. Returning here last week and the surcharge has disappeared for now. Will keep an eye out for the return of it, or perhaps a price hike.So today (5-3-19) they decided to NOT include Ice cream with the Senior specials. According to the menus, they got rid of "senior specials" and call it "early bird" you want ice cream, that's going to be a dollar extra. So, not worthy of 4 stars. I give it a weak 3 stars

We had a large group,when it came to getting our food it was cool not cold but getting there. The waiter seemed to not want to be there ,all in all 2 maybe 3 people could get hot food cold Italian tastes bad. My opinion only just could have been better for the cost.

Unbelievable, one of the last actually Fantastic Italian restaurants. Extremely delicious, fresh food. The cooks actually prepare the food with care and flavor and the staff is friendly and attentive. Prices are great for the high quality food and solid 5 star service. Highly recommend the Seafood Combo with Linguine in white wine sauce, Simply Amazing. All the traditional Italian dishes are also fantastic as well as their daily soups. Family stops by at least twice a month.Again, we highly recommend this restaurant.

Food was plentiful, delicious, tasted fresh made. And we'll worth the price. Service was great. I would recommend you try the pizzas, soups and any of the pasta dishes. Wonderful experience.

Family owned & ran, best home style Italian cooking restaurant in town! Been going since the early '80's! Their deli on Lambert in Whittier is excellent as well & that branch is wholesale, so it's less expensive, selection isn't as broad tho! They have a branch in La Habra as well, however, the 1 & only time I went there, they weren't very good. Told the owners about my experience, so they may be better now! That was about 5 years ago! Definitely recommend the restaurant & deli in Whittier tho! Excellent service as well! Enjoy!!!

Delicious rich Italian restaurant. Tastes like home made, but by the best cook in the family

It was descent food and good service. The meatballs seemed like they bought them frozen. It's average. But also I'm Italian...raised by 100% Italian family ...so I'm picky.
