Las Palapas

On your website, it state that you can order your meal when using curbside but when the server, Bri, came over to my car, she told me that i have to order online or call in, i have tried to called the number listed but no response and their is no option for online for the curbside special, how come the server that is checking curbside just cant take my order, she is just sitting there, i love this place but one negative interaction can affect your customer. I dont want to come inside but i did anyway for the food and she was the one to take my order.

Took my #BonusSon in for an unplanned birthday lunch! Nora was our server. She was fast and friendly. AND I was blown away by the $2.99 enchilada plate! Their fresh squeezed lemonade is always a winner too! In my opinion, their steak fajita has the best flavor of any Mexican restaurant in town with a drive-thru

Waitress was friendly is about all I can say good about my experience here. Our food took quite sometime to be served. When it finally was served my nachos were cold, chips were soggy and the meat was over cooked. My friends chicken soup was also cold and contained very little broth. I have been to a few Las Palapas locations here in SA and have never experienced this bad of service and quality of food. Will not be returning.
