LaRosa's Pizza Princeton

I had booked a bday party for my 2yr old son. I booked this 2 to 3 weeks in advance. The day comes for his party and we walk in and tell the manager that we are here to set up for the party for 3oclock. He looks confused and checks his book with all the parties. He says well there is a party inside the party room already and they just ordered their food so they have another hour. Are you kidding me? We never got a real answer on how this mix up happened. The manager acted like he didnt care and he was not helping at all. We had 20 plus people about to pull up for this party we booked weeks ago. I even called Corp and they tried to give me a 20 dollar credit for all this bs they put us through. Please. Now i had to find another place to go to at the very last minute!! I will never ever go to this larosa!! We all eneded up going to the Sharonville location which took all 20 plus people at the last minute. Salute to the Sharonville location.

This location is pretty clean, although I believe we were first of the day in our seating area. Food was great, that's what the 3 stars to the good are for. But the service was very amateurish. I don't fault our server, she was obviously inexperienced. She tried, but I feel a company of this size and reputation should know the need for, and have, someone overseeing an inexperienced server, especially with a party of 10 (+ three little ones). Just the slightly delayed service, confusing execution, and lack of confidence made this experience below par compared to past experiences. To be fair, the bar is relatively high since LaRosa's has mostly been exceptional and sets the standard high.

My son is home from college for spring break, so the family decided to go to a local favorite. It’s been three months since he has had it, so we went. Our waitress was very good as she was training someone as well. She was up on it in regards to filling our glasses up as well. The food was great as always!

The menu and service were above my expectations. I really loved the atmosphere of this spot. Wonderful restaurant to take my family out for dinner.

Staff very friendly. Thank you to Mr(s). Larosa for the free pizza from the Red's game. We enjoyed it.

My server was good but my fish sandwich had so much tartar sauce on it that it wouldn't stay on the bun and the bun just crumbled up so to the sandwich maker last tartar is better thank you

We had a larger party - approx. 12 or so people. Food was good; was brought out as soon as it was prepared so all of our food was fresh & hot. Our server was super sweet, but I think she might've had multiple tables... Not sure, but she was slow to get to us a few times. So we found ourselves having to go find her. But it didn't spoil our family holiday get together, so she wasn't horrible. Her being sweet definitely helped combat her not being able to attend to us timely. Happy Holidays!!!

LaRosa's! A Cincinnati favorite... since the rest of my family aren't fans, I enjoy every chance I get to enjoy a hometown favorite. The BLT salad is a fantastic lunch.

I absolutely love larosa's food. It's always amazing but this location is subpar. This is my second time here, the waiter was new and in training which we understood. My problem was the fact we had to wait 40 minutes for our food because he gave ours to other table. Then we had to leave because my lunch hour was almost over so we requested to go boxes and the check. He brought us our check and we gave him our card. He charged us to the wrong table, it wasn't noticed until after we had paid. They said they refunded us for the original then brought us the right check. Now we are charged for two tables while we're wait for the refund. I hate to say it but I won't be back here after this experience.

Really enjoyed our visit. The pizza and salads were great! Service was prompt and our waitress Tina was witty and wonderful. We will be returning!

Pizza was good and hot and had a lot of flavor. Minestrone soup was watery and lacked flavor. The server was good and attentive.

Our lunch was very good. The service was also good.

Located across from the Tri-county mall inside a shopping mall. The Customer service was good. Parking lot available. I didn't pay much attention to the ambiance. You can call in your order and pick it up at this location. I do believe that there is a dining area, but don't quote me on that.
