Great food Nice customer service

I was disappointed with the cheese pizza. It looked like it was quickly made, and did not look too appetizing. But the front worker was great!

Waste of cash. No part of brownie hot fudge Sunday is warmed up, they just give you frozen ingredients in packets to make yourself, basically can't eat it because it's frozen hard. Definitely not worth $5

I had a bad first experience but they were sure to make sure it didn’t happen again! I was then able to get credit for my next order which I enjoyed!

I grew up in Cincinnati and worked at this LaRosa's when I was younger. When I came into town after 10 years, getting a LaRosa’s pizza was top on my list. I go admire all the changes, ordered two large pizzas: one for then and one to take back to Georgia with me. I could not wait to take my first bite, and when I did, IT WAS AWFUL: no flavor, bland tomato sauce and cheese, no seasoning, beyond disappointing. I was so upset I just threw them away, not going there on future visits.

First ordered and waited it came on time. Pizza time. 😁

DON’T WASTE MONEY HERE !! I know pizza from working with pizza in the past multiple years and I can say it’s the worst place to get it ..Every time I visit this location or just give it a chance for convenience.. it’s something always disappointing . I ordered a half and half pizza and toppings was on the other side . But today is what made me write a comment . I ordered a cheese pizza it was meat and spinach on it , over cooked , cut all wrong , the worst part was finding this long white foreign object in my chewed up food . As soon as I felt it I spit my bite out immediately and just threw my plate out . Considering I’m very picky about my food because of my recent child birth , when I called the customer service they asked if I wanted it remade .. Hell No ! Even the garlic butter was hot , every other location I been to serve it cold .. Highy digusted and disappointed

If zero stars was an option, I would give that. I've ordered once a week from this place and apparently they decided they wont deliver to my apartment complex anymore due to one idiot who payed with a stolen credit card. If anything, block that customer and continue business with the people who did nothing wrong. La Rosa's, you've lost a valued customer and I hope you are happy.

seems every time i decide to go back to ordering larosas i end up more disappointed then previous bad experiences....they were 20 min past delivery est for delivery then i got the wrong pizza! now i cant reach the main number was on hold 5 min. hung up, now on hold again.....i think im done for good this time
