A relaxing atmosphere excellent service food was carefully prepared and not just your Everyday Food Fair.

Service was excellent. Food was good, gnochetti needs to be cooked a little more, and reduce the use of salt. All else was excellent and had a great time.

I had Mahi Mahi, the Buratta for an appetizer. and the vanilla gelato with espresso syrup. The meal was greatAlan had the watermelon salad, spaghetti entree and the Napolean. He enjoyed his as well.

On 10/27/19 I co-hosted a Bridal/Shower/Luncheon for my daughter at Larimar. John Paulus & his kind staff assisted all of our guests with packages, umbrellas, coats, scarves, etc. due to the rainy, windy day at the shore. Who does that??? Many of our guests had traveled from Philly in the horrible weather. The restaurant itself is so beautiful and every food selection chosen was delicious, attention to detail amazing! The welcoming Charcuterie Boards & Proseco we chose for our guests on arrival was beautifully displayed as was the dessert & gifts tables. Larimar has the most thoughtful staff housed in a beautiful atmosphere, with fabulous food. They gave us all the most perfect day to remember, and we always will.

A cut above other fine dining restaurants we've been to. The food was imaginatively prepared, beautifully plated and delicious. The service was also exceptional; attentive but not intrusive. The decor is simple and relaxing with some nice background jazz. I recommend Larimar to anyone looking for fine dining experience.

Definitely top notch!! In this unprecedented time, Larimar has done an exceptional job at serving gourmet cuisine as take home. We had the Crab bisque, arugula salad, spaghetti Nero, Statler Chicken, and Braised short ribs. All just amazing. Thank you Larimar in Spring Lake. God bless.

Everything was just excellent! We had the filet, Osso Bucco and scallops and all wonderful! The salads were fantastic...even the focaccia. The desserts were awesome too. Thank you to the wonderful staff particularly our lovely waitperson Esther.

I went to Larimar for the first time. The food was as pretty as it was delicious. The restaurant is beautiful and the staff is awesome. It was definitely a great experience that I highly recommend.
