Great place. I liked the coziness. Very friendly staff. First thing they asked was my name and felt like family. Very good food. Interesting that I appreciate the portions are good but not oversized which is a positive.I'll be back. Recommend you give it a try.

Please READ THE REVIEWS. this is not a place you want to order for delivery. I made the mistake on not reading the reviews before ai normally make a order online. Really do not do it. Go and check out the place 1st. But do not order this online. My food was as if it was the last order of the night and it was sitting because they forgot they had one more last order. Not pleased at all.

Always a great night. Good drinks and comfort food

Went in for the jerk wings, ended up with a free drink some very good hospitality opted for the oxtail! Best move ever, couldn't wait to get home to get at this grub! Got takeout! Tell the chef to line his takeout orders of the oxtail, with aluminum foil as to preserve the food and container! Great job, Langston Bar and Grill!

Too small for a good group

I did the rate this as a 1, my rate was 0, This was the most dissatisfying place I've ever been to..This place needs to come off the market.. It was the restaurant from hell, the waitress was not professional, her pants were hanging off her butt.. The food was disgusting, the crab cake taste like cornbread w/squished up fish put together and the salmon cakes cooked in the same grease as the crab cake, the salmon was raw, the cardboard yams was not yams taste like rubber square carrots, the macaroni and cheese was too much garlic, they put sink water in a bottle to make it look like its fresh spring water and the catcher was they add the gratuity on the check before you can make a choice to give them a tip, Hope I don't have food poisoning, never ever again

Whenever a new restaurant pops up, you have your reservations about it. Hence, when I found out that I was going to a non chained restaurant, I was hesitant. Never heard of this place but I went any way. And SO glad I did. The food is amazing. This place is one of those places were you can actually go on a date or double date and enjoy the atmosphere and the company of whom you are with. From the moment we open the doors, we were greeted. From the moment we ordered, we were asked " Is everything ok?" Great customer service and great food and the interaction that you experience with the owner is a thing of the past but has been brought back to life with this establishment. I can see this in restaurant becoming more than what it is and I wish the owner God speed and much success.

The food is great and the atmosphere is great for grown people. The staff and customers very friendly. The wings and the bang bang shrimp were very good. Certified Black Owned business.

Food was great but you have to wait. I think everything was made to order. The macaroni was baked in a ceramic bowl. The crab cakes were amazing. The jerk wings were delicious. Definitely will go back.

The service was not good at all. Only seen our waiter TWICE! It took about TWO HOURS to receive our food. Giving it two stars because the chicken wings and pork chops were good. Definitely need to improve on wait time and service.

I Have Read The Various Comments Of People Having Bad Food Experiences But It Was Much Different For Me. My Uncle & I Decided To Try This Place & It Was Worth It. You Walk In & At First It Seems Quite Narrow But There's An Upstairs & Outside Place To Eat. The Waiter Was Very Friendly & Interactive. The Food Was Outstanding! Catfish Nuggets & Fried Okra I'd Recommend, Very Fresh. Also I'm not Much Of A Drinker But Requested A Sweet Wine & The Waiter Knocked It Out The Park. Only Complaint Is There Was Someone Smoking Marijuana But Other Than that I Has A Good Time.

The jerk wings is superb! The oxtail is spicy to the rignt degree as well as tasty and delicious to the palate. Customer service is excellent and the chef even came out to see how we were his culinary delights.

Decent dive bar. The sandwiches my girlfriend and I had were good. The fries were kind of soggy. It's a good place and the people are nice, as long as you're willing to roll with different etiquette than you might expect at some restaurants.
