Best place to study. Can’t help to enjoy reading there.

Lamont is my favorite library. Open 24 hours, there are quiet study rooms, pleasant caffée with chatting people, and you can always have an amazing view from the window!

More available places to study compared to Widener Library.

Unlike Widener OK I understand there a super famous library on harvard campus, they don't check your bags here as they don't check at bakery HBS too or lamon as well or Kennedy library... I think that's because just for harvardians with id 🤓... Great hours, a wide variety of seating options. If you've got a Harvard ID, this is one of the most convenient places to study. Best time for me. Just in love about it Thanks Harvard

Best place to study and relax in Harvard

You’ll be delighted to find this gem as a student, faculty, or staff member in need of some quiet space to write. You can’t help but feel a remarkable sense of awe, a feeling of connectedness to scholars past and present. Pictures don’t do the place justice, because there’s just so many neat spots to sit, plug in your laptop, and get to work. There’s a Peet’s Coffee café that serves oat milk lattes at the entrance, and it is a wonderful place with ample seating and outlets to rest or work. Especially when class isn’t in session, the place is quiet and calm with endless spots to work privately. The view on the first floor that overlooks the library’s surroundings is wonderful. I just can’t say enough great things about my experience here.

It's a decent place to study or do work I guess, but there are much better alternatives.

Incredible library with a nice cafe from which you can also work if you don't mind the noise. Taking a chair by the window, reading a book or studying and looking out in the early morning or at late at night when its less busy, is the best. The 24 hour policy is the best!

Great place to read and study during the semester break but gets busy especially in exams weeks.
