My favorite Cleveland restaurant. I love everything about this place. The drinks are amazing. Try the Aviation! The food is excellent. Love the cheese appetizer. Good for any occasion.

Excellent food and service. I will definitely return when in Cleveland. Best Escargot butter, garlic, fennel sauce ever. Boullibasse was outstanding. Thank you for a lovely meal.

An unpretentious French restaurant with a delightful menu. I started with the fois gois which was complex and excellent with caperberries as a delightful accent. I moved on to the skate wing. It was a delicious dish that was cooked to perfection with delicate notes of lemon in a perfectly bronzed butter sauce. The accompanying casserole had a unique cheesy flavor. I finished with the pistachio cake. This was the only slight disappointment. It was extremely dense but not unique in flavor. However, the crown jewel in their establishment is their service. Tyler knew how much to be available and how much to leave the table to itself. I highly recommend his service; ask for him by name.

We had a nice experience at this Cleveland standard. Overall our plates were nice. We truly enjoyed the cassoulet. The scallops were okay and pasta were okay. That dish seemed to be missing something in its complexity. It would have been nice to have someone help us select from the wine list, but they were representative of good French wine. The bacon and frisee salad was good, but the bacon was very tough making it difficult to chew and fatiguing our jaws. My wife loved the french onion soup. The ambiance is nice from the front door and throughout the restaurant which sorry of feels like you are walking through a friends house. This restaurant holds true to others from Zack Bruell with a mostly finished dining experience at an approachable price for a lavish date night without feeling overwhelmed by the people or the menu.

The food here is delicious, the staff is amazing, and it’s a very cute restaurant. However, if you intend to visit, please avoid Valentine’s Day. We made a reservation a month prior, it was our first visit, and it was overwhelming. The seating arrangements were well passed a reasonable occupancy. It was quite literally shoulder to shoulder. I would always have to lean in close to hear what my fiancé was saying. Not exactly what I expected for a romantic dinner.I will visit again, just for casual dinner. Casual dress and lovely wine selections.

everyone that works here is so friendly and customer oriented. the food was to die for, we had the escargot as an appetizer and it was perfect. i had the duck confit which was a huge portion and beautifully presented. my fiancé had the scallops pasta which was also delicious and the portion was generous. even the olive oil and bread were great. we were worried we didn’t order enough food but it was definitely more than enough! i had a tequila cocktail which was tasty as well. overall an amazing place :)

We went for Cleveland Restaurant week, where there is are prefixe 3 coures meals for $33. We ended up being disappointed with the choices for the prefixe so we ordered off the main menu. We did get an appetizer on the prefixe a la carte, the goat cheese croquettes. They were yummy, though a bit pricy since only two were served. I got the Duck Confet, which was surved with sweet potate puree and red cabbage. The meat fell of the bone. The portions were large. it was delcious. My usband go the Braised shoulder of lamp served wit ha risotto. His dish was good, but not great. I was excited when I saw souffle on the menu, but worried since usually you have to order it in advance since it takes a long time to make. I was told it was frozen and there was no wait. It was good, though quite different from what I think of for souflee, and on the small side. The service was good and ambiance nice. The outdoor seating looks nice, but was closed since it is still the end of winter.

Had a fantastic meal here. I love the cheesemonger! So fun to learn about the different types of cheese. I had the duck confit for dinner & it was cooked perfectly. The sweet potato puree and cabbage paired with the duck was delicious as well.

The restaurant itself is beautiful and the experience for our Friday dinner was just perfect. We shared the French Toast and I had the French Onion Soup; both were spectacular. For my main course I had the Duck Confit which was absolutely delicious.

Having spent much time in France over the years, I must say that l’Abatros’ onion soup and a glass of Sancerre are the closest to a brasserie in Paris that you can get stateside. The flavours of the rich onions and cheese and crouton are sublime. The arugula salad with shaved Parmesan and lemon vinaigrette and croque monsieur are outstanding and reminiscent of France. Good, authentic food.

A gem of a restaurant hidden at the edge of Case Western's campus and within walking distance from the Glidden House hotel, and all of the museums. The interior is rather tight, with the kitchen greeting you as soon as you walk in. Be wary of staff moving through the space on the way to/from the kitchen and bar - the tight quarters can make going to the restroom or leaving your table risky if you don't pause at corners. But even with all the comings and goings, the restaurant had a very cozy feeling, the waitstaff was extremely attentive, and the food was delicious.

Very romantic, lovely atmosphere. It's the nicest place to eat in Cleveland. Excellent selection of food to choose from, and the chicken confit was delicious! The service was also excellent.
