Lakeside Pub

Stumbled across this bar whilst on vacation. Extremely welcoming landlord and barstaff. Good food and good selection of bottled beer.

Nice location. Great view of Candlewood Lake while enjoying a drink on patio.

Burger was good, cooked how I asked. Atmosphere a tad dreary, but the bar, tables and chairs are nice and comfortable. Limited kitchen and beer menu, but it's a decent local hangout after a day at the town park or after boating.

Staff is always super even when they have a full house. Definitely worth going back to. The bill was well within reason for the quality.
