Lakeshore Grill at Macy's Westland

I was very surprised that the prices in Sears here are much higher than the Livonia Mall store for the exact same item!Other than that, the Westland Mall seems a shadow of it's former grand-self. Lots of vacant stores and few shoppers.

I love going here, especially after the renovations made!!! My best friend used to work at Hot Topic here. Oh the times we spent here are still fresh in my memories.

I like that it's a small, low traffic mall to get some of the latest fashion trends. I picked up my daughter's Van's. It's a birthday gift so she hasn't worn them yet.

Love shopping here! Right down the street from where I live so it's convenient for me. But no matter what store I go to, the staff is always friendly & helpful.

So sad Macys is gone, but I enjoyed Penny's and Kohl's. Had a wonderful dinner at Olga's as well.

I was looking for a Snoopy stuffed toy that they sell for charity in Kohl's at Christmas time. Unfortunately I did not see any and when I told the cashier about the crumbling steps outside the door flatly said that was the mall owners problem. I came back a week later still no Snoopy and still crumbling steps didn't even sweep up the chunks on the steps

It's definitely not like it use too be,many shops closed up. Hopefully they will improve

Well once used to be a bustling active mall is now a dead zone very few Stars very few people lots of locked to empty Gates Hot Topic Foot Locker and oh cuz I was just a bare minimum of what's still left representing the mall itself that's hunting JC Penney's and Kohl's but you're also very quiet and dwindling

A lot of stores are closed. It's nice but I want this mall to feel welcoming.

Malls are dying! Too expensive, too out of date. Only good for last minute, have to find something shopping!

Such a beautiful place but like many other malls it's fading.

Nice lowkey type of mall. Not much going on inside. Perfect spot for "mall walkers". It's quiet and spacious. Just lacking the stores that are usually found in a mall. However there's a really nice Kohl's here. The few shops I went into did have friendly and helpful staff. Oh and the food court is severely lacking.
