I went today for the first time and was pretty excited about having jollof and egusi for the first time. I told the lady who greeted me and she smiled and gave me some suggestions. My food was ready faster than I expected and man oh man was it good! I wish they were open tomorrow (Sunday) so I could go back for another dish. The food is great and the women who helped me were nice and full of smiles. I'll definitely be back.

This place has some great food! Sorry I wrote you guys a bad review earlier because you totally proved me wrong! It just took me a little bit to get used to the food. I 100% suggest getting food from the Lagos Spot Nigerian Restaurant! You won't regret it! P.S. Owners, I am so sorry I wrote a bad review for you guys before. My friend dared me to do it and at the time I had no idea how much that review could negatively affect your restaurant and I am greatly sorry. I do appreciate the effort that the owners expressed by responding to my review, as that shows me that the owners really do care about their customers. Wish you all the best , Jude.

I was visiting the city and I went to this restaurant with high hope from all the positive reviews. But I have to say the experience was disappointing: -I ordered Moin Moin and Asun and it took about 25 minutes for my order to come. This didn't bother me much so its fine-on the meal, it was very subpar-So this is part that just annoyed me the most: I go to pay for my bill and I was quoted $7.50 more than the prices listed in the menu. So I pushed back and referred her to the menu. The owner proceeds to say "No we don't sell asun for $10, are you new here?" As if they do not ever expect new customers. Please update your menus, especially if your prices have gone up as much as $5 for an item, you cannot expect me to know your prices have gone up. Nigerian Restaurants need to do better.

Not a bad spot for real authentic naija food. Could be Better if you don't have to wait an hour to get ur order.

First time coming here and I paid $35 for cold food: 2 small plates of goat meat & 1 of plantain. EatWell is a better and cheaper place - I’ll stick to that.

The aroma greated us as we walked up and set the stage for a native experience. The menu had all the Nigerian dishes I know and love. We had the pepper soup, jellof rice, efo riro, moin moin, plantains and some puff puff to go I will be back.
