La Zacatecana Market

Great if you need to do a quick local shopping. They have a lot - meat, vegetables, eggs, milk, general groceries, hardware, stationary, souvenirs, etc. Their vegetables can be a bit tired, but their meat is outstanding, especially the chicken. Lots of Spanish specialty foods. Friendly service. And - they are a restaurant, as well! Chances are you will find much of what you are looking for on a fast grocery run at La Zacatecana.

The produce is fantastic.

This is the only place in the High Desert that I buy my Carne from. Quality meat and well priced with friendly staff.
