I was really impressed with the large amount of pizza selection they had at lunch.

Went here during a visit in Philadelphia. Food is fantastic. Had pizza which was delicious. Also had the Old Bay Fries which was amazing. There's plenty of seating and wait staff were great. Prices are reasonable.

Good pizza, but I've yet to have my pizza finished in the timeframe stated.

Close to the office. A great place to grab a slice or two and head back to the office. Very friendly staff.

The prices of the slices are pretty higher than any other place. The line is very long and it takes an amazing large amount of time just for them to take your order. Then it take another long time for you to pay at the register. Then it takes a long time for them to heat up the slices for you to take them to go. And all of this is just for taking 2 slices to go, how about to dine in? Probably that will take longer.

Incredible food. A wave of garlic hits you as soon as you step in the door. Biggest juiciest wings I've ever had. The rigatoni is no joke. I'm almost mad at myself for not going there more often/sooner

I stopped into LaScala's out of sheer convenience since it was near my hotel. Firstly, as soon as I walk in there's no greeting, questions like "will this be to go, or will you be dining with us?" nothing - not even a menu on the wall, or an offer of one to look at. After a few awkward seconds of her looking at me, I ask the young lady behind the counter if I should place my order with her, or with the gentleman standing next to the pizza oven? Her response was "yeah", which was of no help whatsoever. So I go to place my order with the gentleman, and the experience is no better. After a combination of confusing exchanges and a lot of pointing, I finally got my "OK" pizza; dull crust, bland sauce, and cheap, greasy cheese. In all, nothing about this experience, not the food nor the service, would be worth a second visit.

Fast service, Italian decor and well priced pizza and entrees. Delicious spreads like the Margarita pizza make this small family restaurant definitely worth visiting.
