Friendly neighborhood Italian bakery. Has most things you would look for. The bread aisle with the fresh bread aroma is incredible.

The hot table is so very good! You can done in or take out. Everything I've tried has been delicious. Favorites include the 4 cheese Italian Mac and Cheese, the pasta with ricotta and spinach and lasagna. There's a great selection of bakery items and I am looking forward to trying more of them.

This place has amazing pre-prepared deli meat sandwiches. The pastries are to die for, especially the cannoli and eclairs. La Rose was fantastic with preparing a custom order of Italian pastries for mother's day. Advance notice is required. Some groceries are lower cost than chain grocery stores

I do not live in Milton, ON, but every time I am going through town I make a point of stopping. The family atmosphere is so inviting and I love how they make you feel at home. On this particular visit I was looking for some gluten free options for a cake to celebrate my son's recent first job! Emily took the time to go through all of the options with me that were available and was patient as I asked a lot of questions even though they were extremely busy at the time. I was excited at just how many options they had and they even had a few vegan options that I took note of as my niece is a vegan! Myself and my family thoroughly enjoyed the cake and it was so light and refreshing! Delicious taste and not at all what you get from most gluten free cakes. The flavour was so fantastic!! I'm looking forward to my next visit! Thanks again to Emily and her entire team!

Great deli/grocery store with a large variety of European products, breads, pastry and cakes. Good selection of pre cooked meals too.

Worth traveling out of town to go to this gem of a grocery store. High quality imported and domestic products. Top shelf grocery selection and a bakery that's to die for.
