I went there for noon office. The design and architecture of the place was average type very few places that looked stunning. Lift was below average as compared to the location of the building

One of the major building in downtown but access to main road and parking is not easy, No restaurants and refreshment area only advantage is the bridge connecting Dubai Mall.

The view is absolutely amazing from the top floor of the building.

It is fancy modern high tower by Emaar, the issue is the access to reach the parking and the cost of the parking, it is really expensive, so it is better to go there by metro, the building got an access from burj khalifa metro station through tunnels, and if you want to use the parking put a timer because if the time entered the second hour only by 1 or two minutes you will be charged for the whole hour, so prepare your wallet 😅.
