The service is not so great but the sandwiches are absolutely delicious!

Definitely get there early enough to sit in a bay window and order a double macchiato. Also definitely try the raspberry blueberry Tarts, it's to die for. Finally I tried an almond croissant and the toasted almond is perfect!

long wait for ur meal, no taste whatsoever and old bread

I don't like complaining about places.But this place did let me down.Maybe I don't know anything about french cosine, but the bread was hard as a rock. Also the Pound cake had almost no taste.

Very bad service! I wait 20 minutes for a simple omelette and when it’s coming with no bread, I wasted $10 for nothing! I lived my breakfast has a gift! Enjoy my $10 👎🏻

I work right in front of La Provence so I used to love it for the convenience, the yummy and fresh food. However the last month's I've felt that the service and quality of the food has gone way down. The food seems to have been there for days and there are even some little flies around the bread area. Service was never spectacular but now it's even worse, it seems to me like the Management changed

I ask the promo3 sweetsone free. I told the lady what i want. it one apple one choco twist one choco crossaint she was pouring 2 i said only one and one almond . she seems to be pouring back on the big thing again i didnt look again. .I just arrived home i see i have 2 choco crossaint and non my almond croasaint so if i told her onlyone. she was puting back on trade and then she put again on my bag . Hello customerservice i did even leaved her tip . blond girl .
