This bakery has been around for a long time. They have the best pumpkin empanadas, pineapple filled campechanas and lots of other awesome sweet breads. Just walk in the door and smell the air and you will want to buy everything.

Ive lived in San Antonio for about 10yrs now and have searched for good pan dulce. La Popular is by far the most flavorful sweet bread you will find in this city. Its worth the drive to this location. Wow your visitors and family with this pan dulce you will not be disappointed!
