Perfect restaurant when you are feeling home sick. Good food, good drinks, their piña colada was sooo good.They are super friendly and we came in near the closing time. The owner was awesome and he even walked us out and gave us his card. We told him that we had to travel for long hours and he said you call me if anything happens. Definitely coming back again next time we visit.

Wonderful customer service real authentic puert rican food with reasonable prices.. Reminds me of a real home cook meal by my late grandma.. Anytime im in chicago ill stop buy the owner very friendly and bilingual.plus they have a outside eating area.. Were u can eat and sightsee the neighborhood.

The Pasteles onmg. So big are great. The Lechon Dinner is awesome. Very reasonable priced and the food is great. Arroz Con Gandules. I could go on and on. Try it for yourself. Big portions also.

Really good Steak Jibaritos. steak was tender and all tasted fresh. All it needs is like a sauce on the side (spicy) but that's just me.

This has been by far the best Puerto Rican meal I've had in the Mainland US. The flavor was so acutely reminiscent of the chinchorros I grew up on and struggle so hard to find in the States. We had the pleasure of meeting the Owner during our time there and he did not fail to make us feel right at home. Looking forward to returning soon :)

We stopped in for a lunch on our recent trip to Chicago. The steak jibarito (juicy, tender steak with a little bite from the onions) and lechon (rich pork flavor) plate were both very good. Definitely worth a visit.

The jibarito and steak sandwich were good. My son ordered a lechon sandwich but the meat was kinda salty.
