Not sure what’s going on with some of the restaurants in time square. But we ate at Pete’s time for breakfast & today we tried out La Ola. We could not even get waited on. Waited 10 mins, We got up and left. Don’t recommend.

Stopped in around 6 pm. Very good service, the food was fine, and they had excellent live music going. The guy with a guitar was taking requests, ended up being all older songs that appeal to a more mature crowd, 50+, which is us, so we loved it. Every table was full.

Loved this place for a morning cocktail. Hey, we're on vacation. You can't drink all day if you don't start early. I had the $5 Bloody Mary. It was perfect. Good juice, a little spice, olives and celery. None of those crazy overdone fixins in my drink. My date had a mimosa which tasted like it had fresh squeezed orange juice in it. Delicious too. Can't beat it!

****Must GO**** LaOla is an unforgettable beach destination !! Make your romantic memories here! While I sat for a most delicious oriental salad and a beer, I felt honored to listen to and meet Wendell Ray. He is the epitome of music. His talent is far reaching FT Myers. Wendall has played harmonica with Tanya Tucker! I was most impressed with his original songs and I know they will be hitting the charts soon. I love his soulful expressions of himself through his voice, instruments, and choices of his music lineup. Look for him on YouTube, Facebook. The wait staff is over the top accomodating! The sun was setting in the middle of my meal, so I asked if I could leave my stuff, including my purse, to catch the sunset! The comfort level allowed me to have it all! While at Ft Myers Beach you can experience music playing during the afternoon and into the evening. *****Must go****

The greatest place to have a good, relaxing time on fort Meyers beach! Great food, awesome drinks and amazing staff! Live music every night as well as happy hour! If your ever in fort Meyers stop in for a great time!
