Good luck ordering delivery. After waiting nearly 2 hours for an order of hot wings, getting hung up on, and the way I was spoken to, I’m done. I’m never ordering from La Nova again. Yes, the food is great but that doesn’t cut it. Every time I’ve ordered delivery, I’ve always waited for way too long (usually over an hour and I live down the street). But tonight was the last straw. I’m really surprised an owner of a company would let a customer have such a horrible experience. We usually order wings 3-4 times a month.. at $30 a pop, you’re losing decent business. Such a joke.

A Buffalo Staple!Hadn't been here in almost 20 years, however when I worked to update the Family Dollar down West Ferry from there, I had to go.Same great quality that I remember from them as a kid!Have even taken friends from PA here. They loved it and still talk about it to this day.My family are all such huge fans of La Nova that my mother in law 3 states away has their menu!!You might wait a bit but you won't be disappointed I promise you

I live about a 5 minute drive from here so I was surprised when my order arrived not just lukewarm but actively cold. The burger was crushed and soggy as were the wings and fingers, we threw all of it in the trash. On top of that they are doing something really sketchy with delivery - the online ordering system doesn't charge for delivery so why is the price on the receipt altered with sharpie to add a delivery charge?
