Shima Kanko Hotel French cuisine of the classic restaurant. Service and meals are all perfect. As expected, the summit was just opened. The price is high, so you can't go there without a chance. Everybody mentioned a lot about cooking, so I noticed something else.We stayed at the consecutive holidays in March and enjoyed the prawn-plung lobster dish. How to put heat is perfect. Here, you can see how to use the nerves of people who are studying cooking.Dinner is different on the side as well, butter is syrup. Honey is apple honey from the local Matsujiro's pavement, for those who can not drink alcohol, carbenise sauvignon alan miria grape juice 4 kinds of tea instead of other wine I enjoyed this tea from the house with a menu that served at the timing. There was a widespread group, and I felt that it would spread in the future.Ise shrimp (abalone in summer) has been established in the region and everyone is respected. The Service is extra ordinary, we were check in here and this is the breakfast area. Normally for breakfast you do not expect an extra service. However, when I arrived for breakfast, the staff guide me to my table, pull the chair out for me. Ask my choice of drink and my choice cook for the egg. After awhile again another service staff came and check if I need additional coffee. What is nice if they serve with a smile and respect to customer. Congratulation for doing a very good job on customer service.

It is a French restaurant of Shima Kanko Hotel Classic Hotel. This post is about dinner. It is famous for its delicious French cuisine such as Ise shrimp soup, salmon steak and Matsusaka beef steak. This time I ordered at A La Carte. Start with non-alcohol sparkling. Ise shrimp cream soup 3,100 yen can enjoy the scent of Ise shrimp. Next, the vegetable salad of 2,000 yen selected by the chef is a great dish with fresh and crisp fresh vegetables. The main dish was the famous salmon steak bourgoisette sauce 12,000 yen. The surface has a crisp texture, and the inside is soft and delicious. The dessert is a refreshing lemon sorbet. The quality of the service staff is high and you can enjoy an elegant time.
