Cozy atmosphere and reasonably good food, but very indifferent waiters and waitresses. They just don't know how to smile and go the extra mile to be cordial and welcoming. Need some training on interpersonal skills to match up with the American value system.

Five star customer service with fare to match. I mistakenly ordered the wrong dish didn't realize it until it arrived... :-( I tried it, are is very good but not what I really wanted... I mentioned to the waiter what I thought I ordered he pointed out my error and probably offered to get what I is interested in... :-) shortly after that my new plate arrived hot and very very tasty :-) have been there many times will be back many more :-)
