One of my favorite coffee shops

Burnt beans. Ordered a mocha with oat milk (they don't serve almond). It wasn't sweetened at all, which isn't necessarily a problem and can be remedied with sugar, but heads up. Unfortunately, obviously burnt beans ruined the flavor, and adding sugar only slightly improved the taste due to the burnt taste in every sip.

Best coffee I've ever had! I got a cappuccino with oatmilk. The coffee was not nearly as acidic as most others, and they barely sweetened it enough to balance the smooth bitterness. Well crafted, perfect temp, could not have asked for a better cup.

Two double espressos, and they didn’t kick me out....but they also didn’t let me have three, so there’s room for improvement

I LOVE la colombe!! Best coffee- definitely try their draft latte. And this location is quiet and spacious, great for reading or studying.
