Great coffee, best staff. I go almost every day (at least until now while the whole city is basically temporarily closed). Wanted to let you guys (the staff) know you're missed!

Suggested by a friend and she was right! Great coffee and pastry. Comfortable atmosphere. Cool location. Love the murals in the alley. Will definitely visit again when in town.

Cute little alley spot with a good amount of seating. Very friendly and helpful staff. The draft latte was pretty much exactly my favorite drink, a light, non-watery iced latte. The pastry was okay, exactly as they described but not mind blowing.

Why go to Starbucks? La colombe has better coffee for the same price. You won't find 800+ calorie orange mocha frappuccinos or mango fruit juice tea here. La Colombe will give you a great cup of well roasted, and well brewed coffee. Also, the espresso drinks are proper espresso drinks.

My latest go-to coffee shop in the District. La Colombe was already a favorite of mine, but its Blagden Alley location makes this Philidelphia-based chain even more appealing. I consistently order and enjoy their Corsica (pictured) coffee and have not experienced a bad pour yet.The ambiance is perfect for a date, reading a good book, or knocking out your next assignment. This shop is well worth a visit!

Trendy neighborhood coffeehouse offers house-roasted espresso in a sleek, industrial-chic interior.

Chiq little coffee shop with an urban industrial feel. Lovely coffee with a glavoursome but smooth roast. Small selection of delicious good quality cakes. Great service.Would definately go back if in the area.

Best draught latte you'll get.

Great spot off the main roads for grade A coffee. Good selection and delicious taste. Coffee requires no sweetener at all. They sell coffee inside to take with you. Ordered a latte, fantastic taste to it.

The location is very cool and convenient, and it gets so much natural light that it makes for a great working spot in the neighborhood. I can't get fully on board with coffee shops that don't have good chai / tea options so it won't be my top choice, but I'll come back with friends and for other goodies like their fresh juices, but will probably go elsewhere for my caffeine fix.

Ensconced in a DC alley way near the convention center, this La Colombe is unassuming and unconventional. Draft lattes are similar to the canned offerings and very creamy. The oat milk version is notable. The subtleness of espresso makes such an enjoyable morning beverage. When you stop by watch out for runners, sprinting around the corners!

Wonderful coffee! Try drafted latte. Will be back everyday of my stay at DC. Bakery items are ordinary though.
