I ordered from DoorDash not only did it get here quick less than 30 mins I live in Haverhill but it’s was so warn my bag was steamy 💕 lol I ordered the sancocho we all know how costly it is to make it as well as the hard work for just me and the baby makes no sense anyways it was amazing and the portion even better I saved some for the next day or maybe later 😉 this my first review ever so it says a lot

Looks like a wonderful place with wonderful food. But when you look at the menu the prices in downtown Lawrence are simply outrageous. They charge for every side. Rice is $4, beans have $2. I hope they do well but not for me

The ambience is everything. If you have a grandma from the islands then you remember her furniture and will immediately feel the nostalgia. The owner has made a concerted effort in re-creating a place that feels and smells like home. The food is an incredible fusion of classic carribean dishes with a modern twist that would make any true island mom proud.
