Excellent service and good cakes

Ordered and specifically asked for a fresh flan that I would pick up the following morning. It was for my boss's birthday. I was sold a frozen flan which I was unaware of until my boss asked where I had purchased it and why was it so hard? Yay me, how embarrassing. Won't be going back here.

Being born and raised in Miami this place reminds me of home. Great prices and amazing Cuban comfort foods. They always have premade party platters for those last minute party planners too.

0 Stars. They show partnered with Door Dash and when the driver went to pick up my order they were told they could not pick up. I tried calling the bakery to place the order over the phone and was placed on hold for 10 minutes. I called back and was hung up on. Eventually my order with Door Dash was cancelled with a sincere apology from the driver. Very disappointed. I was ordering for an office and the staff was looking forward to it. Will go to another bakery and not go here again.

Doesn't get any better for Latin quisen

I was looking forward to their pastries and breakfast platter. I drove from Clearwater since the one I normally go to his closed. I ordered ahead of time 8 guava and cheese pastries and 8 cheese. The guava and cheese pastries were tasteless and barely had any filling. Their breakfast platter was bland, I asked for scrambled eggs with tomatoes and onions. They cut slices of tomatoes and placed raw onions on top of the egg rather than cooking it all together. The bacon was stale, you could tell it was not fresh. Pork sandwich had no flavor/seasoning what so ever. Very disappointed, definitely not coming back. The only good thing they have going is their staff is attentive. Besides that, their food is not worth it.

Authentic Cuban bakery love it

Horrible customer service.. placed an order to go.. When we got there they were rude and defensive.. they said they sold the food we ordered because they are closing soon it was 5 they close at 6.. all the time giving major attitude.. we were there precisely 20 minutes after we place the order on the phone .. I hate giving bad reviews with these people deserve it .. if somebody made a mistake on the phone they should’ve apologized and said they made a mistake not flipping around and be rude to the customer.. i’m sure that the owners do not know what happened and they are not representing the owners.. let’s see if they reply to this..

In terms of Cuban bakeries in Tampa, probably my favorite. The pastries are pretty fresh and flavorful. Flavorful is the most important part as to my experience, Cuban bakeries in Tampa are full of choices in pastries, but the patisseries lack in flavor. Not this bakery, great beef pastries, chorizo pastries, quesitos, guava flaky pastry and many other ones. Sandwiches are huge. They are not the best, but not bad. Service was very good and very consistent. Will return!!

Food is good, wonderful service. Everytime I stop by early in the morning all the ladies in there are always in the good mood.
