La Calle

Food was good- the salsas were excellent. We didn't get much service at the table, no water or drink refills. The portions were smaller than expected, and the tacos dorados were a bit dry inside. The tacos benefited from the toppings and adding salsa. La Calle is a trendy Mexican restaurant that we would try again, but would probably order different items.

Best classic margaritas in Baltimore! Great happy hour, live music, and Salsa lessons. Great ceviche and main course dishes but I'm not crazy about their tacos. The owner is hands on and very friendly and the chef takes great pride in his work. If nothing else, at least check them out for happy hour.

Great food and good value at this classy Mexican place. If you’re wondering whether to get the lamb shank - the answer is yes.

Great hidden gem! Loved the queso chorizo appetizer and all the tacos! Can’t wait to go back. Salsa dancing on Saturday nights!

Super amazing tacos for a good price - happy hour and good drinks too. Loved the salsas. Very fast service. We were checked on quickly and often. Very good experience all around.

We headed out for lunch after our National Aquarium visit, looking for a Mexican food lunch. This place is a gem. A block off the main drag, it is new and fresh looking with great food. Service was pleasant and attentive. We had various types of enchiladas. This is a must visit spot when we return. Had a nice lunch at la Calle. We took about 6 people for a business lunch, and everyone seemed to enjoy their selection! Food arrived hot and service was excellent. Wish I could have tried their margarita.

Delicious food from a random find. Great tacos, shrimp ceviche, and flan. Would highly recommend.

This place has an amazing happy hour. 2 street tacos for $5 and a robust happy hour cocktail menu, also for $5 each. If I lived closer to this location I'd be there at least once a week. Well worth a visit if you're in the area, especially around HH.

Great place to eat, the service was superb and the food was delicious. The combination of nopal and octopus pairs really good. The cauliflower was just sublime , and the tacos really good. They also have salsa Saturday nights and karaoke on Thursday will start soon
