Excellent food. Nice atmosphere

The service was slow and they got the some of the orders wrong. We had a group of five, we paid the bill and on top of that we left a nice tip since we go there quite often. We didn't notice that on the bill they had charged us a gratuity tip for five people which I thought gratuity tip are for group of six or more. As a customer I felt deceived and I won't be going to that restaurant anytime soon.

The food Was Delicious Mostly everything is pretty good you can't really go wrong You have to come by and try for yourself

This is an amazing local Puerto Rican place! If you're in Humboldt Park you should definitely stop in for a bite. I was there late in the evening and it was very lively which made for a great atmosphere. I'll definitely return to try something new again!

Great atmosphere. Visited pretty late so what i wanted to order was not available. But was still very satisfied with what i ended up eating. Will definitely come back for more.

I had the bacalao guisao and verdura small portion, no flavor $18 over price

This year's visit to the annual Puerto Rican People's Festival was hampered by the rain here and there. Either way, this establishment turned out to be one of the best places to enjoy the parade. It had cheap prices and good service. In addition they had music with live instruments later on in the night. All-in-all this is a great place to have some food and have a cold one.

One of my brother's favorite places to eat, drink, and enjoy Latin music. We went to hang out for a while to celebrate his birthday. We enjoyed ourselves! The food was authentic and tasty, the drinks were delicious as well, and the staff was friendly! We plan to go again since this is a nice place. I recommend La Bruquena. You also pay reasonable prices for the menu items, and the quality is good. The only reason I rate 4 is because it is a small place.

The service was good. Maybe not the best place for an intimate dinner; music was loud, making conversation a bit difficult. Neither of us enjoyed our food too much. It was over seasoned, very heavy on the salt.

Cookie is a Great And Attentive Server. But all the ones that are there besides her.... Not At All THEY DO NOT PAY ATTENTION. Hopefully ROBERTO WILL Find Other EMPLOYEES As Great As COOKIE/JEANNIIE...MY HUSBAND N I PREFER HER ALWAYS HANDS DOWN
