We are an ice cream parlour for the summer period that serves crepes year round. All year, we offer a wide variety of maple smoked products to take home from the St-Damien Smoker. Our latest novelty, ''El Churrito''. Plain or with Belgium chocolate, they are so delectable. Crepes: You will discover Breton style meal crepes with Smoked trout, Elk sausage, Bison sausage, Wild boar sausage and so much more from the St-Damien Smoker. Icecream Parlour: ''La bouche en folie'' is one of the few ice cream parlour newly in Joliette to offer 48 flavours of soft ice cream. You will discover frozen yogourts, ''tornadoes'', slushes made with real fruits, banana splits, the ''bouche en folie'' and so much more.

It's very good, but too expensive and the pancakes are too thin.

I went twice for ice cream, and I was a little disappointed. In particular, I advise you to avoid soft ice cream with different flavors, because the flavors are all mixed together, so it can be a little weird.

You will find in Joliette the best creperie in Quebec! The detour is worth it! Salty pancakes with several choices of meat (elk, bison, wild boar, pork, chicken, steak). Vegetarian, smoked salmon trout, seafood, smoked meat, pizza and hot dog. The ultimate in sweet fruit pancakes with Belgian chocolate, cheese and cream sugar.
