The products are great. I just wish the staffing was a bit more consistent. In montreal, bakeries remember their regular customers. Here, the staff changes so often that it’s almost impossible to build a relationship with the team, which gives you a bit of a cold vibe if you’re a regular....Still, it’s better than most bakeries in Laval and the decor is gorgeous. We also went for brunch and it was quite fun. Portions were a little on the small side, but everything tasted fresh and the service was attentive and polite.EDIT: The quality of the product has severely gone down. Perhaps a new chef in the kitchen ? No more chocolate sablé, the cheese baguettes are available on the weekend only, the carré au lait is always dry, the pain perdu is now super eggy... It’s time to have a mid-year pep talk with the kitchen staff....

The food is amazing, I'm not sure what my dish was, it had an egg cooked sous vide. It was delicious. See the pic below! I'm not sure if it was just our waitress that was a bit snobby but it felt a little uptight there. We were waiting for our table to be cleared (there were only two glasses remaining) we waited a few minutes and then just sat down as we were awkwardly standing in the doorway. The waitress tsked tsked us for sitting which I found extremely off putting. I would go back but only because the food was amazing, and with the hope that that particular waitress isn't working that shift! The baked goods look delicious!!
