L2 Grill

Generally I am not in to writing comments but I have to share my experience as I see that unnecessarily there are lot of negative comments regarding this place. I come here quiet often with my family and every time I come here I see and feel same great taste and superb consistent service. In my recent visit I saw a new manager and he was very polite and very concerned. Staff here is excellent and every person seems to be determined in what they are doing.

Excellent service! I ordered the salmon dish, it was mm mm mm good! I am definitely going back there.

I went here with my family for breakfast on Thursday, the lady at the hostess stand was very nice but the indian guy was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I was standing by the door when the phone rung and the hostess went to pick it up, but the guy in a suit which I think a supervisor or manager got mad and told her they don’t answer phone when they’re busy! This made me upset because when my wife was calling on Wednesday night to make a reservation for Valentines no one answered the phone! Btw, I called five times!!!

Excellent customer service, great atmosphere and good food.

There is one small skinny supervisor in the evening who is very rude and very disorganized and does not know how to speak to the customers. Food was good but because of her attitude and service I am only giving 1 star;.

Not a very good brunch to expensive for what they offer

We had a wonderful dinner in L2, everything was just perfect. Everyone is very friendly, stuff provides excellent service. We will obviously come back))

Omg, their breakfast smorg is fab! I have been there 3 weekends in a row 😋

Nice lunch buffet. A lot of choices

We stayed at the Fantasyland Hotel and had breakfast here both mornings. The breakfast buffet was excellent!! Variety that satisfied all of us perfectly. We've done many all inclusive resorts and this was comparable.

I came here for my 10th Anniversary 2 years back, the food was “Awesome”... fast forward 2 years - I come back for my 12th anniversary, and have to say that apart from the smiling server, there is nothing nice to be mentioned about this place. The food today was cold and preprepared.... (Thanksgiving menu!) won’t come back to take another chance...

Way over the usual expected quality of a hotel restaurant! Nice flavours and original plates! Highly recommended!

Not a good experience at this restaurant!!! I ordered a medium well steak it came medium rare.. mashed potatoes were clumps of hardness . My wife prawns were way over done . And the vegetables came soaked in butter dripping off them would not return here

A delightfully delicious experience. Had their Surf and Turf steak and it was fantastic. A perfectly done medium rare. Food was quick in coming and they served home made truffles on the house which was a very pleasant surprise.
