Despite of the long wait. The host treat you like you are the only person in the world at your seat. Food is amazing and take you to taste eel in many ways

Long wait to get in. Recommend getting there 45-60 minutes before they open to get a seat quickly.Food was outstanding. Eel was perfect texture and sauce was perfectly sweet/savoury without being overpowering. Eel liver skewer was a really highlight of the meal.
