Great food on the go and delicious bakery. More important the quality is pretty good and the prices unbeatable. a ham and cheese on a roll pre-made $1.80.. and tasty and light. Just like tempura is light and fluffy so are their pastries. You can also find your favorite Chinese restaurant style food like G'tos chicken, noodles, grilled veggies and pepper steak.. Yuummm thumbs up..

As long as I have lived in New York, I have seen this bakery. Since it did not go out of business, I had to assume it offers decent bakery goods. Apparently, I assumed too soon. I came here and picked their Curry Chicken puff as a snack. It is only 80 cents so on the price point, it is unbeatable. However, the puff is overly dry; I felt as if I were chewing paper. The curry chicken had a decent flavor but the puff was a failure. I could not even finish the pastry because it made me want to drink a big glass of water before I could eat more. Would not return ever again.

Their sponge cake is so good. It is fluffier than angel food cake with a thin layer of sweet butter in the middle. I buy it through my local Asian market called, “Four Seasons Oriental Grocery” at 311 Kellam Rd in Virginia Beach Virginia. I’m so happy to have discovered Asian markets. They are glorious, as is this sponge cake.

Extremely rude employees, their lack of customer service is an absolute detriment to their business. After they called our business to solicit their products, I asked for a call back phone number and the woman on the phone blurted out very quickly in a muffled voice a phone number. When I asked her to repeat, she got angry and started to insult me in Chinese. This is an extremely poor reflection of this company and if the owners care anything about their business or values their customers whatsoever, they need to address their rude, impatient, poorly trained employees. Our company has been in business for over 26 years and continues to do great business in our community, we have never once in all of our years in business have we been treated this rudely by a company soliciting their business.Horrible business, horrible manners and does bit value customers.

here are lot of trendy and modern bakeries in Chinatown but I am not interested in those, I am looking for the 'real old' Chinatown feel. I am all for progressive change but what keeps any ethnic neighborhoods charming and worthy of supporting is the culture & history they preserve. With all that said, this is one of those old school bakeries trying to survive with its low lights, and old furniture and smaller crowds. Is it the best among them no but you get your standard baked goodies for affordable cost and basic no frills. I am in Chinatown, I personally don't need fancy tiramisu buns from a shiny bakery; just like if I am in Italian area I want tiramisu in a cup from a older bakery.
