Great intimate club to see music. Unless you want to be sitting almost on the stage, don't bother paying for "Gold Circle" seating. Nice bar and tasty goodies. Acoustics are great and you won't suffer ear ring for the next day. It can be tricky to find because the only sign on Cedar (1street west of Pacific) is a smallish marquee. This is one place worth looking for.

Amazing treasure that pulls in world class acts in an intimate venue. Also has great food and drink available during the sets. Get there early to get the best seats.
Questions & Answers
They have a website. I'm not sure. Their shows are mostly jazz. Not a particular favorite of mine.
The venue is often general admission but the first few rows of seats have a small table for the beer wine and snacks on sale there. Sometimes the first few rows are priced higher than the remaining seats but there is a good view and good sound throughout. It's an intimate setting with excellent accustics.
Unfortunately you have to be 12-18 for kuumbwa's jazz camp. The music departments at Cabrillo and UCSC have summer music programs and may have something you can get into. Calling is probably best because they may also know of similar events in the region
I would call them directly to find out, it could be for any number of reasons.
