The reason why I wanted to open this restaurant is that I would love people to try the best flavor of the Kobe Beef without any hesitation. It has been told that Kobe Beef is very expensive and people sometimes feel self-consious about trying some because of the price. Came across this place after a Google Maps suggestion for lunch near Himeji Castle. Great quality Wagyu beef on the “burger†(really a sliced beef sandwich, but who’s quibbling?) and the Wagyu beef/rice bowl was a big hit with my daughter. A tiny bit pricy for a counter-serve restaurant, but that’s due as much to the location as anything. We left satisfied and full, so all’s well!
